One to one with StarkFitOne 2 One

It’s as it says on the tin – that is, just you and me – working out together. We can do this in the comfort of your home, in the garden, at work or a local park or the Gym; wherever you desire. This will be a great opportunity for me to introduce you to a variety of exercises to match your own fitness goals. It could include one 2 one boxing, cardio, resistance, strength & conditioning, core work and flexibility training – all intended to get your heart pumping, raise your metabolic rate and reach your desired fitness level. This can include tailored nutritional advice.

I will motivate you throughout the journey – I know we can make it there – together!

With a Friend

Why do it alone – bring along a friend to help motivate you even further. There is nothing better sometimes, but a bit of healthy competition. You could get so much more out of your work and share the fun at the same time.

Small Groups

If there is a small group of you out there that wants to add to your social calendar hard, but fun training sessions; indoors or out; at home or at work, or even in the Gym, then give me a call.

Indoor/Outdoor Circuits

No matter the time of year, if you fancy working out in group circuits, whether it be in the big outdoors or indoors – why not check this option out. Whether it is in a local park or at the beach; or indoors in a local hall – watch this space!
