Escape from gymGyms are fantastic places to work out, but what if you find them too big, too complicated, intimidating or serious – but you still want or need to get fit, keep fit or get fitter.

Why not just escape from the gym and let me help you find the right environment  to work out, which will enable you to achieve what ever personal fitness goals you desire.

By meeting you wherever you are, I can save you so much time.

Whether it as your home, in the garden, at work, or open spaces, like, local parks or the beach; the options can be wide and varied. However big or small the space available I can tailor make a fitness programme that will work for you.

Escaping from the gym allows you to get so much more out of your work outs. With fewer distractions we can concentrate on all aspects of your exercises and ensure it targets the areas that will deliver maximum benefit to you.

You don’t have to use lots of fancy resistance and CV machines or a whole bank of massive weights to get the best out of your body.

In stripping fitness back to basics, I encourage you to use your own body weight, simple resistance equipment and any everyday objects or structures to get the same, if not better results. With a little bit of imagination, the variety of exercises can be limitless. They always say variety is the spice of life and believe me when I say you will feel full of life as a result of one of my fitness programmes.

Exercise is a serious business, so why not treat yourself to a bit of fun along the way.
